The California Legislative Black Caucus’ African-American Leaders for Tomorrow Program is for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students who are interested in an on-campus, immersion experience. The 2024 African-American Leaders for Tomorrow Program takes place from July 17-20, 2024 on-campus at Cal State Dominguez Hills, located in Los Angeles, CA.
