The African-American Leaders for Tomorrow Program is for 9th and 10thgrade students who are interested in an on-campus, immersion experience. The 2022 African-American Leaders for Tomorrow Program takes place from July 20-23, 2022 on-campus at Cal State Dominguez Hills, located in Los Angeles, CA.

The CLBC Youth Leadership Programs seek to identify and help prepare the next generation to become community, business, governmental and nonprofit organizational leaders in the African-American community. The primary goal of the CLBC Youth Leadership Programs is to "build a bench" of young leaders who will lead California in solving issues of protecting voter rights, increasing access to higher education and career training. Students will learn from professionals and enjoy a variety of workshops, social activities and will participate in civic engagement learning, including mock-legislative activities.

Applications are due April 25th at the following link: https://blackcaucus.legislature.ca.gov/aalt-2022
