The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is still active and can be applied to many plans. Join us for a free enrollment event! See if you are eligible for federally funded free services at our Digital Services Event. 

Join me, Cox Communications, the San Diego County Department of Aging & Independent Services, Boost Mobile, the San Diego Futures Foundation, Cricket Mobile, and AT&T to enroll in this free program on May 20, 2023 at the Skyline Hills Library, located at 7900 Paradise Valley Road. Devices such as phone, laptop/tablet are also available through this federal program.

Free iPads:

  • Must 60+ or 18+ with a disability
  • Reside in San Diego County
  • Not own a laptop/tablet and/or not have internet at home
  • Participate in eligibility screening, program surveys, and evaluations by the California Department of Aging

ACP Eligibility (one of the following):

  • Household income at or below 200% federal poverty limit
  • Free/reduced school lunch
  • Current year Pell Grant
  • Lifeline Program
  • WIC
  • SNAP
  • SSI
  • Medicaid/Medical
  • Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
  • Federal Public Housing Assistance
