(San Diego-CA)-Assemblymember Dr. Shirley N. Weber (D-79) delivered opening remarks to the Assembly Committee on Elections and Redistricting in San Diego, on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez also shared her views regarding the diversity of her district and responded to the disparities in voter participation during the hearing.
